Angela Welch of Pen and Pauper designed a marriage certificate that used the custom monogram of the bride and groom. The Marriage Certificate was made to specification to hang on their wall. It is glorious with 11"x14" arches and incorporated 14 karat gold leaf with watercolor and gouache painting. The 'T' in This is the same monogram that was used for the invitation, aisle runner and accessory ensemble.
