How To Submit Your Wedding Announcement To Town and Country Magazine


If you are qualified and would like to submit your wedding announcement for inclusion in the Town & Country wedding pages. Town & Country Magazine requires:

A brief, typed description of the couple, including appropriate details about education, careers and families.

A phone number and address of a contact person to confirm your information.

A copy of your wedding invitation.

The names of the bride’s and groom’s parents, the groom’s full name and the bride’s maiden name (please indicate if the bride will be keeping her maiden name).

A full-length, color or black and white photograph no larger than 5x7, taken the day of the wedding. The couple should be standing close together and reasonably close to the camera. If the photo was shot with film, please send a professional print. If the photo was taken digitally, please provide a CD with a high-resolution image of at least 300 dpi.

It is acceptable to submit more than one photo. Each photograph must have a label with names and a contact phone number attached to the back. Please do not write names on the photo with ink.

All submissions must be received within four months after the ceremony. No exceptions. Send to: Weddings Department, Town & Country, 33rd Floor, 300 West 57th St., New York, NY 10019-3794.

Because of the overwhelming number of submissions they are unable to publish all weddings submitted. Town & Country does not confirm inclusion by phone, mail, fax or e-mail.
